There is nothing Adam loves more than seeing a student have that 'lightbulb moment'— realising they are capable of their work and actually enjoying the process! He is passionate about coaching because it allows him to use his expertise to help children reach their own goals and get excited about their future beyond the classroom.

Before founding Aussin Tutoring in 2014, Adam Yu spent over 20 years working with premier training institutes across the USA, Singapore, China, and Australia. His professional background includes senior roles such as Business Analyst for the City of Wanneroo in Western Australia and Senior Sales and Marketing Manager for Siemens Asia Pacific.

Adam holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore and a Master’s in Computer Science from GSU in the United Sates. He truly believes that teaching is the best job in the world and finds it a great experience to witness a learner grasp something for the first time. His mission is to equip every student with the tools and confidence they need to truly thrive.

Goal Setting

Instruction & Guided Practice

Who designed the curriculum for these programs?

Our material is developed by Australian education experts specifically for the Selective School and Scholarship entry requirements (NSW, VIC, QLD, and WA). We don't use "off-the-shelf" content; every question is mapped to current ACER and Edutest standards.

Why is your program priced at $95 when others charge thousands?

We believe high-quality Selective School preparation shouldn't be a "luxury" item. By using a smart digital platform, we remove the overhead of physical classrooms and expensive tutoring centres, passing those savings directly to Australian families.

What is your educational philosophy?
